What systems can you pull invoices from?

If your data is structured, we can sync it: the major field-service platforms, any SQL database, any system with an API, Excel workbooks, and CSV exports. Custom or home-built systems are our specialty — that's usually where nobody else will touch it.

Do I have to change how my crew works?

No. Your crew keeps using exactly what they use today. We read from your system and write to QuickBooks. Nobody in the field will know anything changed — except invoices stop piling up.

Is my data safe?

We take read-only access to your source system wherever possible, and we touch only what's needed to sync invoices and customers — never payroll, banking, or anything else. Access is limited, logged, and revocable by you at any time.

What exactly is the guarantee?

Three parts. If we can't connect your system, you pay nothing. If your invoices aren't flowing within 3 business days of connection, your first 100 invoices are free. And if you're not happy in your first 30 days — full refund, no questions asked. On top of that, any invoice we ever miss or mis-post, we fix free.
